The Realty Life, having transitioned from The Mizrahi Collection, were having a hard time developing a new brand with their initially created website. Their old website was unintuitive, content was unaligned, design was inconsistent, and social media blogs were not targeting the right audiences. The Realty Life have spent the past decade figuring out successful revenue streams that can be easily managed by their small team of real estate experts but were looking for greater opportunities for growth. Their major challenges were with rebranding The Realty Life, making The Realty Life successful by clients, advertisers, and interviews and turning the magazine brand into a preconstruction selling brand. They needed support in landing celebrity interviews, creating content for their articles, and re-imaging the magazine in a digital format. Taking the magazine online, after the initial print release the magazine continued to be shared and read across the continent.
After the magazine the opportunity to develop a unique Realty Lifestyle brand emerged and Infinidiv was at the helm of re-imagining the brand’s image. Infinidiv developed a brand new website for The Realty Life with a focus on signing up for newsletters and viewing property listings. In addition, a marketing funnel was created by devising a new website that could nurture prospects and close more property deals. The established funnel was created in such a way to ensure easy optimization and changes.
